When and Where
APERIS will take place in person on Tuesday evenings, from 7pm until 10pm, at St Hugh’s College. The game will have seven uptime sessions on alternate weeks, then a debrief session at the end of Hilary Term. For more details about what happens in each session, see the Uptimes and Sessions page.
There will be a joint in-person character creation session with Contagion on Tuesday 1st Week of Michaelmas Term (which will also run simultaneously online on our Discord Server).
The deadline for Ballot Form submission is the midnight following the character creation; Tuesday 1st Week of Michaelmas Term 14th Oct 23:59. The deadline for Character Creation Form submission is Thursday 1st Week of Michaelmas Term 16th October 23:59. Please see Signing Up to Play, for more inforrmation.

St. Hugh's College Location:
From the centre of Oxford, it's about a twenty-five minute walk. Alternatively, you can take a five minute bus ride from Magdalen Street (outside Tesco) to St. Margaret's Road (via the 2, 2A, S4, S5 or S7), which run frequently even late in the evening. In June 2025, the single fare was £2.50 (cash or card from the driver).
