Lieutenant Commander Eddie Clark comes to Antarctica with little of public interest. He graduated middle of the road from the US Navy Officer Academy in Maryland, and is rumoured to have been stationed with ANCOM on a fluke. Anyone sufficiently nosey would find an article on Google titled 'Eastbourne College bids farewell to class of 2006!' where his name is listed as one of several graduates leaving the UK.

He stands at 5'8 with short brown hair and a generic and lean build. Those who meet him are quickly confused by his English accent, despite wearing an American Officer's uniform—hence the nickname 'Brit'.
