Regarding the Removal of Liu Lian and the Findings of the Internal Investigation

Internal investigation has established that former Director of Special Task Force Unit ███, Liu Lian, committed gross violations of official discipline, constituted a grave threat to our security and integrity, and engaged in conduct incompatible with continued service.

Under the guise of carrying out scientific research, Liu Lian used religious superstition to undermine the implementation of law, privately stored and circulated reactionary materials, disseminated defeatist and pessimistic moods, and spread reactionary interpretations of scientific work.

The investigation further established that Liu Lian maintained improper contact with criminal prostitution groups, outside reactionary forces, and flirted with hostile foreign forces abroad. Liu Lian has concealed information of especially high importance, purposefully withheld key research findings, recklessly criticised Commission decisions, and privately harboured resentment toward the leadership. She formed cliques serving personal interests, cultivated internal networks of personal dependency, and resisted internal review.

It was further established that Liu Lian lived a degenerate lifestyle, engaged in conduct of moral depravity, involved in improper, illicit, and corrupt social relations, and severely damaged the authority and public standing of the Commission.

Liu Lian’s actions seriously violated political, organisational, and conduct discipline. In accordance with the result of the internal discipline inspection, Liu Lian has been removed from her position. Her illicit gains have been confiscated by Andrei Vladislavlevsky in accordance with the relevant authority. All Commission cadres must draw deep lessons from Liu Lian and consciously uphold the Commission discipline.
